A building contractor called us in a panic. He had a project ready to start the following week, but the party wall surveyor for the neighbouring property had requested monitoring to be put in place for the project length to ensure the stability of the surrounding buildings and would not allow the works to start until the monitoring was in place. The initial call was on the Friday and we attended the following Tuesday to install the monitoring. This resulted in no delay for the building contractor.  The client was very pleased with our swift response to the situation.
